ebay's always good. The generic lip kits are pretty good (i've heard). Streetstyler.com also has really sweet lip kits and they're like $180 each.

 

http://www.procivic.com might have them but they might cost a little more because of their shipping.

 

i got my lip kit at a car show, $200 for both front and back...and yes they are stock sides, but you can find the lips cheaper now

 

what are some good sites for lip kits that are reliable?

I say once you find it photoshop it or have someone do it so you can see before you spend $$$$.
