Body panels
I did some looking on the net and found out that body panels aren't very expensive for these cars, but I have a few questions.
First of all, is the outer skin of the doors a seperate unit? I found door skins but I've never seen a car that you could just replace the outside of the door, it's ussualy all or nothing.
And second, is the rear quarter panel fused into the unibody? I found some rear "lower" quarter panels that look like they start from the bottom of the back window down, but on my car it appears seamless... unless they want you to cut the chunk out and weld/fair the new one in.
With the price of these oem spec panels, it's cheaper to get these then try and get dings pulled. Plus it would give me an excuse to slap a new coat of paint on the car once I get my compressor back.

I think that the back panel may be welded on and you might have to cut it off. at least thats the way it looks on my car not sure about yours. Another thing is I wish that I could just slap another coat of paint onto my civic like you im jealous lol.
