bulbs on headlights

bulbs on headlights
im noticing certain headlights have 3 bulbs similiar to the factory stock. Seems like two bulbs are included except for the turn signal bulb.
But other headlights have 4 places for bulbs and still only 2 are included. What do I do with the other one that isnt the turn signal? Is there any wiring that has to be done?? Do you hook your halos up to a different switch and not to the parking lights?
