Default carbon fiber side mirrors

just picked up some TYC power carbon fiber mirrors. anyone know if it is good or not and pics of them on their car. also, how do i install on my 99 civic coupe. do i remove door panel, pop out cover for mirror, unscrew 4 nuts. how do i take out the mirror. there seems to be a white thing in between the 4 screws, right in the middle. how do i remove that? and do i use the same plug for the tyc mirrors. thanks

Pictures would help to understand what you're talking about.
A white "thing" doesn't help.
Pics! Also, I'm sure you can find something by searching on google.

remove the little plate over the mirros on the inside of the door, remove the 4 screws/bolts and you're good.

and are u asking us if they look good? Yeah i think they look good but folding mirrors are a bit too expensive for my taste
