check out this cool sticker on my car!
as for the rims, I think personally i am a fan of the polished lip other than the flat black. I would rather just rock with the steelies if I'm getting something flat back.
Gunmetal and maybe bronze would look nice on black IMO. I'll probably get 5 spokes for my next set and likely 16 inch rims, 17 inch are a little too big IMO
thanks again for looking

Now, THAT would look sexy as hell on my Civic. If only it came with a polished lip, then I wouldn't hesitate to get it.. I'll probably still get them anyways lol.. I like how they look.
Also.. Is that a body kit on your car? I see aftermarket sideskirts, and a lip/front bumper.. And the rear bumper looks different. If so, then thats a pretty stylish kit, minor details and it makes it look more stock and sleek. Great job so far man [8D].

nice ride, with any luck, my car will look very similar to yours in the near future, i take delivery of the car tomorrow, it's a black 04 EM2, i already have some rims, similar to yours they're tenzo-r gt6 17",chrome lip, black rims, i also have some black housing projectors on the way (for an hid retrofit), also i have an appointment for tinting of the windows and possibly tails.
these are my rims

thanks again Vilex, those rims look awesome, deffinitely get them if you can.
I have a lip kit on my car. They are actually 3 different kinds and i just mix matched them together to create my own custom one. The front is a Type B, side skirts are OEM aero and the rear is a Type B. I chose the front because I thought it gave it a very balanced look since it not only hug underneath the bumper but it also sits right above the fog lights. I felt the grooves of the aero sides matched perfectly with those on the Type B, and i chose the rear because not only was it cheap, but it gives the rear a balanced lower look compared to other lips that makes the rear look too high compared to the front.
I didn't want to go with a full on body kit, too pricey and looks too aggressive for my tastes.
and goodluck with your car terry, sounds good already... just make sure you lower it!

i would defintely put suspension as top priority even before rims!! trust me you dont want to drive around with 17 inch rims and a big gap in the fenderwell! I did for a month and it got to my head so bad that I went out and bought springs without researching. Stupid me bought Tein H techs and that only gave my car a 1 inch drop... and then I switched to S techs but with 17 inch rims i still had a 2 finger drop all the way around. My shocks were blown and I didn't even know it. The gap, though minor, was always pissing me off and I would always stick my fingers in there to see if it lowered some more or "settled" in, but it never did and one day I just forked over the money to get tein coilovers. Best mod on the car so far... No longer do I have to worry about gaps!!
So please consider suspension in the form of springs and aftermarket shock or just get full coilovers and be happy with it, especially if you're someone like me who hates seeing the gap!
goodluck
