mine si a 95 civic and it pops off, look under wear the cup holders would be see if there is any srewws wholeding it down?

 

You basically have to take apart the whole bottom of the dash (three big pieces) then you can just pop that out.

 

i toke all the bottom screws out and bottom comes out but the top is still stuck and i cant find any screws should i rip it out and buy a new one from ebay?

 

No, take off the part of the dash that is on the drivers side, then the middle lower part under your center console, then pop your glove box out, there all screws hidden around there, then there should be 4bolts right under that center console part, once you get that out, you just pull the center part out.

 

i broke it and found out u had to pop out the emergency light button to revile a hidden screw
