You just need to go to your local auto store and pick up colored bulbs that replace your bulbs that you have now, they are really cheap. But just to warn you, I would check your local laws first because you might get a ticket.

i've got blue bulbs that glow amber, they look sick and theyre legal, actual blue turn signal would be illegal, but these still glow amber. For white/blueish headlights, look into HIDs.

At autozone I've seen they have these plastic caps you can place over your signal lights to color them.

Headlights - white
Front turn signals - amber
Rear turn signals - amber or red
brake lights - red

These are USDOT laws. Changing the color to something that isn't listed above will net you being stopped and ticketed repeatedly if the cops in your areasee it and actually care.

I have been meaning to take the amber bulbs out of my rear turns and putting in reds because I think it looks cleaner.

Not that I haven't thought about doing colored signal lights but if you don't do the right way (like with LEDs or something bright) then it usually ends up looking like rice.

I saw these mirror signals arrows on ebay. There blue and look pretty cool. It says they are 100% legal.
