It's sooooo much more comfortable, less pressure on my lower back from not slouching, I can rest my head on the headrest without looking up at the roof, my shoulders don't haunch, going around turns you don't lean like in factory seats. I don't miss reclining at all.

The factory seats did not accomadate my shoulders at all, nor did they support my back and hips on the side, point is I'm more happy with the seats than the ability to recline.
And do you mean roll bars as in anti-roll bars/sway bars or a roll cage?

Oh, and a full cage isn't completely necesary, but you should at least have the one bar that goes behind your headrest, between your head and the roof of the car. Reason being that those harnesses are going to keep you sitting straight up, no matter what happens. So if you roll your car, the roof is going to collapse directly on the top of your head. Thats why stock seatbels are made they way they are, so that in a roll over your body has full motion to go forward, back, or side to side to avoid being smushed like an accordian..
....just something to think about.

You should try to pick up a harness bar as well. The pivot point of the seatbelt to the ground should be on the same plane as your shoulders. The way it's set up right now, the pivot point of the seatbelt is with the holes in the seat, or lower than your shoulders. You want the pivot point to be at the same height as your shoulders, so that you seatbelts pivot at your shoulders and not below. This is so that the seat belts do not compress your spine (by pulling down) in an accident.
