i'd actually go with the idea of cutting out an identical slot on the other side. you can easily enough make a small fiberglass insert to place where you cut the whole. bondo the insert on and if you are any good with a spray can match the paint. it will look pretty damn close to factory. you can buy fiberglass resin and supplies at home depot or alot of auto stores

 

dont bondo it on. at least use jb weld. you can sand that smooth and then paint he whole bumper. you will never get it to look right if you dont. i could, but i have been doing paint touch up for years.

Try cutting your own hole out of the stock bumper. One of my friends has an 04 Eclipse, he cut his own hole out and had dual exhaust put on and it looks pretty good.

why the hell do you want a dual exhaust civic? you got a v8 that we should know about? come on man. i'm not going to flame you too much, but that just doesn't seem right. what gives?

 

im really not into show at all, but i dont see anything wrong with dual exhaust. i will never do it, but its ok. look at the s2k, its a 4cyl with duals or how about the rx7, it only have 2 rotors and dual exhuast.
