dash trim

I have a 94 civic DX. I'm trying to get the black trim from around the gauges so i can install some lights in the dash. I've got the screws out from the top part, but I can't seem to get it loose. HELP PLEASE...

pop out the red hazzard button and you'll find a screw under it.
