instead of carbon fiber overlays, the ctr interior parts have a ghost carbon fiber pattern that looks really good. but then again, i'm not willing to pay hundreds for pieces of plastic.

Based on what I've seen, very few of those trim kits end up looking good at all unless you go far above and beyond the recommended installation method. You can start with a kit and doa littlecustom work and it will turn out okay, but if you just stick on all the panels they usually look pretty dumb.Don't even touch the ones on ebay except for the really expensive wood ones, and I don't think wood looks right in a civic anyway... (I had a friend who bought and installed one of those $200+ wood kits into a Yukon and it actually turned out really nice, but he did have to sand/cut and refinish a couple of the pieces to really make them fit perfect.)

I've never seen one of the newer carbon trim kits installed, just a couple different versions of the colored trim packs that sell on ebay for between $100-$150.

Yes, sorry back to the cup-holder... My caffeine is waaaaaay to important to me! Unless you are making a bigger than stock custom cupholder somewhere else!

Well I'm probably going to get some diamond plate and cut it to size and fit it. I really rarely use my cupholder.
