Ok i want these fog lights but my 96 coupe does not have these inserts so does anyone know what year or model they came on and can if i find one can i fit it on my coupe. thanks

The 99-00 Civics had those spots you could cut out for fog lights.

Those are just aftermarket fogs if I'm not mistaken. I think maybe SiR's may have come with them stock, but I'm unsure

anyone know where u can get em cheap? (the housing and light combo for the 99-00, i mean)

 

ebay, or jdmcarboy.com. If any dealers still have them, they will be a ripoff.

 

will the 99-00 bumpers fit on my 96 with no prob or will i have to make it fit?

 

The 96-98 headlights and grille are different sizes and shapes, compared to the 99-00. The bumper wouldn't fit properly without a full conversion: bumper, grille, headlights, hood, and fender.

 

basically their is no way to get that bumper with those inserts?

 

Not from Honda... there may be an oem-style aftermarket bumper with fog light cutouts, but if there is I don't know about it.
