Default Door handle replacement

So here is the deal. Last winter when it was freezing rain, I tried to get in my driver side door and it wouldn't budge. I went over to the passenger side and as I tried to open the door the frickin' handle broke. I found them on EBay for cheap but does anyone know whats involved in replacing one of these puppies?? Thanks once again!! Could I be the first one to ask this question? I tried the search deal and no dice!! Did I say thanks??

What year??
On a 95...
remove window crank....drop a couple of screws...remove door panel
Loosen three screws at edge of door holding in the latch mechanism (really tight)
remove 2 nuts holding handle to door skin
Switch over key cylinders
....reverse process.

iv never seen the civic ones from the inside, but when i had my sunbird the handle is just held in by some bolts and the rod connected to it for when you open the doors...go to the scrap year and rip one off a civic from there, it will be like $2 ...and at the same time you can see how its connected

10 bucks for a new handle is probably cheaper than shaving them but thats something that I would probably consider in the future. It's a 97' Civic BTW!!

I have heard they are using a Buell for one of GR's bikes. Just so happens my chopper project is Buell based. Hope it is better than Spawn although I still like it for some reason. John Leguizamo as the clown is priceless!!!
