just to put in my $.02 i would go with the microfiber/suede material. i do custom upholstery up here and i think most people like the designer stuff but end up hating it after a while. going with a clean, classy look will go well even later down the road. personally i like the look of the type r seats with the red stitching. im planning on doing a similar thing to my interior as soon as i get started, but in a different color. ill post pics when i get some stuff done here soon.

 

heres a couple shift boots i made today just for fun. im gonna whip up a crap load in leather, vinyl and suede too.
someone said they like the houndstooth so i made one with black topstitch.

Nah I'm all good, that's not my steelo. Someone will like it tho. I'm makin a couple LV ones for two different eg coupes tho. I'm doin a black leather/suede combo in my civic with yellow saddlestitch and yellow seatbelts like the porsche look. Suede headliner, etc.not sure if I'm gonna repaint it black or not.

 

Dang plaid is awesome, but LV is super gay LMAO.
