Hi I Was Just looking To See if any body has any experiences with ebay body kits... how they fit? how they look... the quality?? Lemmee Know Thanx

 

I got one off ebay when I was a ricer kid. Fitment was alright but could have been better. Its really hit or miss off ebay. You get what you pay for though.

 

Personally, I wouldn't trust ebay. Fiberglass kits from reputable companies usually don't fit all that well, so I'm not sure that an ebay kit would fit without some major modification. Try checking out http://www.aerotrends.com/for fiberglass kits... their prices are great (my old kit was $485, shipped) and the fitment isn't too bad. Oh, and the shipping is great. I live in PA and the kit arrived in about a week.

 

^ couldnt ahve said it better. I too got an ebay kit and fitment could have been alot better, i wouldnt go fiberglass body kits, id go polyurethane, or a lip kit. The things really is fragile and if you scrape really bad its gone for sure.

 

for sure I suggest you get a lip kit. looks much cleaner and if you get a cf, you don't have to worry about painting it, so it might be cheaper than getting a kit and it'll look a lot cleaner.

 

or if you're like me and your car is black it came the same color as your car so painting isnt an issue (lol i got lucky)
