I was checking ebay for OEM fog lights and there are two different buisness selling two different OEM fogs for the same year civic... HELLO!!!

I believe the OEM ones are round, and the dealer said the picture of them in the installation instructions shows them as round.

Has anyone ever bought either of these or can someone recommend something? I want an OEM light and switch.

 

your best bet would be to drive to your nearest Honda dealership and pay the few extra bucks... i know i would

 

Honda no longer carries these. Honda stops carrying accessories for vehicles after they stop selling the vehicle.

Since that body style civic is long gone so are the accessories from the dealer.

I have since confirmed that they are round though.

 

Also IF you can find a '99-'00 Fog kit, harness and switch from Honda it is $350!!! The Ebay set-up is only $65 you decide!

 

That's not completeky true. I live in san diego and I went to the honda dealer in carlsbad, and they ordered tweeter plates for a 1999 honda civic coupe.

 

i have ebay fogs for my 01 coupe. they came with the oem switch and harness. works fine. i got them about 1 month ago.

 

if you install them yourself, do a DIY. i want to install some of those badboys

 

Id go ahead and get the Ebay fogs. With something like that, the quality isnt going to be considerably worse than OEM, if at all, so theres nothing really to worry about. Plus youll save all kinds of money by buying generic.
