I hear ya on the rust thing. When I put mine on, I use manual metal nippers and a metal drill, but the thing I read to install them suggested that i get like model paint and brush on primer on the bare metal so it wont rust but i've not done it because i was planning on painting my car soon after.. which i dint but they still havent rusted!!!! i recently primed the entire fender and ofcourse i took the fender indicators out and sorta spreyed on the edges of the metal but for a car your not going to paint i would suggest the model paint thing. your most likley not going to see it behind the light unless ofcourse it was like my test fender and you cut it to big lol

yes, you're correct about the nibblers, but they're good for people that are scared of power or air tools such as saws and grinders. plus people aren't very good at judging when to let the metal cool while cutting or it will burn the paint or flake it.

Looks good, cant wait to put mine on, i bought JDM fenders because i just want to be the same height and
that rust isue. But i bought the wiring from Streetlightz.
Just seeing this makes me want to take a day off and work in my baby.
