i would recommend the apexi WSII but since he wants a deep sound oh well i guess the evo2 would work for him or get some custom piping done , a resonator and a good muffler and u should be fine althoug ur always going to have a little of that raspy sound unless like i stated above u go with the apexi ws2 which is no more louder than stock

 

what about magnaflow, noone seems to notice that it is the deepest -true story
