fog lights help?

hi, what im trying to do is hook up a set of fog lights so that when i turn my dash lights on the fog lights will come on too. so my question is, what fuse do i hook it up to? or is there a better method to do this?

this is a bad idea lol the parking light circuit is not designed to carry that amount of power through it, and will lead to more problems down the road, and no a bigger fuse wont work either haha. Now if you run a relay and pull the power from elsewhere and just use the relay to tell them when to turn on it would work but if the OP is asking a simple question like this i am guessing they wont know how to do this.

a relay just transfers power. think of it as a traffic light.. red light means no power, but when you turn on your parking lights, it sends signal to the relay to change it to green, which completes the circut. basicly, you would need wire and an inline fuse, connect that to the battery, then wire it to the relay, tap into the parking lights wire, connect a wire there and run it into the relay, then run the relay to the fogs power
