Front lip good price?

I have a guy that wants 65 for his 2000 civic si stock front lip, it is painted black(that will match my car). What do you think is it a good deal?

The only thing is it isnt painted, but i am planning on painting it and my sideskirts

I also have to jam it on really hard to get it on(I havent put it on yet i tried and it had a tight fit), is this normal? It is a type r style replica. It feels really strong tho

it shouldnt b dat hard to put it on ...u should just b able to line it up drill and bolt it ... u might wana be careful u dont wanna rip it .. it was cheap ... and sum guy said dat the lips and paint together were about 200-250 .. down here the lips are only 80 and the paint bout 80 more

Do you think i should just take the bumper off and put it on? All i have to do is drill the holes and crew in that it right?

all u have to do is drill and bolt ... i wouldnt take the bumper off .. if u want find sumone to hold the lip for u or buy 2 sided tape and tape it the way u want it .. then drill
