Addiciton and I used led strips found at Oznium.com to glow the stock gauges. Heres addictions writeup as well as my resulting pictures.

Basically it's pretty simple to do. Basic soldering and knowledge of removing and taking uapart your dash and clusters. Time and patience is the key. Good luck!

You can also buy L.e.d bulbs that just replace your stock bulbs or buy a new gauge face.

Do you have to buy a used cluster to do what addiction and gin0o0o did? Or can you use your existing one?

Well if you don't have any knowledge of soldering or such just get glow gauges.

on my '01 the lights are orange, anyway i could get behind there and just replace the led's with blue ones instead of just installing led strips that probably won't go off during the day?

you can wire the LEDs to their own switch so you can turn them on and off whe nver you want. Or you can wire them into the board so they can dim. Ask addiction or ginooo about that. You can use your stock gauges, just take a few screws out around the bezel and you'll be able to pull the entire cluster out. From there, open it up and follow the DIY.

www.speedhut.com has some sweet gauges for a decent price though, check them out.
