Got my first civic (EM2), the first weekend, the modding began :) (pics)
Hey guys, just picked up my first Civic Thursday night, it's an 04 LX EM2
I set up a cardomain page to centalise all my pics: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3049153
(excuse the dirty car, the weather would not cooperate)
Before Pictures:

Progress Pics: Wheels Off

My Brothers new baby Husky/German Shepard on the clean engine

Me, Laying int he back seat/trunk removing the rear shocks

Car with the front shock removed

My brothers removing the old springs from the shocks/struts

My Drunken Brother being "TIGGER" with the springs

The finished product (the rear is dropped a little more in these pics than it actually is, i threw the winter tires int he trunk before i took the pictures
)

Rear drop, like i said, with snow tires/rims in the trunk so it's not the true height

Overall this was MUCH easier than i had anticipated (although things tend to go a lot easier when you're related to someone with a big *** shop and a hoist), i am very pleased with the results and would suggest to anybody that has the means to put at least some minor lowering springs and new wheels on the car, it looks HAWT! (used RSR drop springs not sure what kida srop they're supposed to give, some sites say 1.6" all around, ome say 1" rear and 1.6" front, not sure, but i like it either way, i didn't want to go any lower, didn't want to have to deal with speed bumps and camber kits and all that fun crap)
Future mods are:
Ebay SRI (i'm too lazy to clean the CAi, i have one in my other car and i dont clean it often enough)
Lightly Tinted tails with the VHT night shades
Tinted windows (35% on 5 windows)
Black ebay headlight housing with infiniti projectors/hid setup
That's all i've got on my list for now.

Looks good man, not big on the chrome lip, but the wheels look good. You mentioned futuremods where the black head lights, carefull man there is a whole bunch of posts on this forum about the ebay ones, especially the halo style not fitting right, gaps and general fitment issues. Do up some reading!
