I dont like just the lips being silver...but maybe if you two toned it up higher it might not look as "odd"

i respect all your opinions..it is my car and if i didnt like it i wouldnt have done it at all. yes i did try to accent it with the wheels and yes i did post pics and KNEW what to expect. im GLAD ;] that it stands out, in effect my purpose for doing it..but thank you for viewing and sharing your thought cuz really i do respect it..

thnx blue for the idea, but i was thinking of going front to back starting from the center of the hood up the roof and down the trunk..when you get a chance could you PS that? Anyone?

 

See, this guy is completely understanding and knows whats up. He didnt get butthurt like most people who get negative feedback. And I agree, a darker tone might make it look better.

Personally, I'm not a fan. Mostly just because it reminds me of a DE signature Monte Carlo SS, and I hate newer monte carlos.

Im using a DA. and Im painting it with Imron white maybe blue/grey or blue/silver splatter

im painting it on with a brush not spray gun, so that should leave it a little thicker too right?

as an update...i sold my rims to my brother..i picked up a set of integra ls webs, painted them black, and as soon as i get my new tires the lips are going back to black. til i can think of a new way to disappoint =x lol
