Default Grills

Hey guys and Gals,

Just a quick question. If i was to change my front grill and add a MESH grill, add some 16" multi spoke alloys and lower it 10-20mm, would it look rice or nice???
Ive already debadged it.
Im asking because the car is in the body shop on Monday and the guy has asked if theres anything else I want doing whilst he got the bumpers off.
Also it appears that someone drove into my rear bumper and it has "dipped" alittle. Can I just bend the brackets back and re attach the bumper??
Thanks
Dan

I would think it's nice. I'm going to be changing the lower and upper grille on my front bumper soon and I wouldn't consider it ricey. And if someone gives you a hard time about it tell them to shutup, cus hey man its YOUR ride, do what YOU like, not what everyone else might want you to conform to.

just my opinion.

Hey Dude, ya wheels are pretty sweet, u wanna sell them lol.
But seriously, what make are they?
I want a White Grill and white alloys.
Also, if I upgrade my alloys to 16 or 17" do i have to do something to make sure the speedo is the same?? Ive been told that it puts it out slightly.

Thanks, they are 17" Motegi MR7 rims, they look white alloy cus of the camera phone i have, they are actually silver. Not sure what ya mean by speedo, but I haven't heard it changes it. Anyone else heard that? I don't know about that...

Yeah, i know on my old truck when i threw some bigger tires on it, it affected the speedometer pretty bad. Luckily my mom is a secretary for the state police, so i had one of the boys in blue come out and hit me with the radar gun so i could figure out the difference between what my gauge said, and what i was actually doing.

If you make sure the diameter of your new tires are the same as the stock tires, then there won't be any speedo change. It's only when the diameter of the tires are changed that it screws with your speedo.

Aha I get it, so aslong as the size of the wheel and tire are no larger than the standard fit then it wont change anything. Briliant. For now tho, I need to save some cash, so am going to get it lowered as far as i can with the same 15" rims ive got. Getting the Mesh from work lol, so thats a cheap one to do.

corye03, so your rims are SILVER? not white?? i would think that the grille thing would look pretty sweet.
