halo vs. stock question
I am going to buy some black housing halos, but I notices that there are 3 holes for bulbs on the halos, and only two for the stock headlighs (turn, hi/low) what would go in the thirs hole on the projectors?

from hte outside in, blinker, low beams, high beams. The OEM headlights just use one bulb for highs and lows, the projectors you are talking about, it just switches between the two bulbs instead

RE: halo vs. stock question
most projector headlights come with a harness that spearates the wires for hi and low beams to two different bulbs. The bulbs for low and hi, with the new projector headlights are usually both H1 bulbs, which completely replace your old single bulb.
So, wait to get bulbs until you get the projector headlights. They will tell you which bulbs you need then.

They will replace both..
Hi beam = H1 55w (small bulb)
Low Beam = H1 55w (small bulb)
There really isn't much difference in the bulb type, hi or low, it's just they way they are focused.
Your projectors will have a cut-off, your bright's wont, they just glare everywhere.
You will need 2 sets of 2, or 4 individual H1 bulbs to convert the yellow standard bulbs to silverstars, assuming that the kit you are getting comes with bulbs, and is H1. Most standard halo systems are H1 bulbs.
If you are budget minded, buy a set of 2 silverstars, put them in your dim's (projectors), and then later grab a 2nd set and put them in your brights. The harness knows when to change from low to high, depending on when you flip your switch. It's confusing going from 1 to 2 bulbs, but you won't have to do anything extra in the form of wiring to make it work. It's all plug-and-play.
