What type of headlights and tail lights are you looking to get? Halos or JDM? And for the tail lights were you looking for just the almost stock but smoked out or LEDs.....There's many different options. Another way you can change your tail light color would be to use a tinting spray like Nightshade.

Like you, I have to replace my headlights...My passenger side housing is almost completely gone underneath (car vs. guard rail in the snow)

I got Anzo Halo Projectors ordered from a local custom shop. They only ran me about $190 after tax. These are what I have:
I still have yet to install them because I'm waiting for winter to be over so I can paint and install my replacement bumper cover and the headlights.

Like you, I'll be changing out my tail lights to black. I prefer the nearly stock ones that are blacked out as oposed to the LEDS.....I just think the LEDS look too rice. But that's just me.

If you get anything from EBAY in the way of headlights either make sure that they're brand name stuff from a reputable seller or if you get the cheap crap make sure you seal it with silicone to prevent any water leakage/fogging issues.

When my old bumper was taped on had used black duct tape since my car was black.

Check here for Addiction2bass's write up on tinting his tailights. You should be able to get the spray either online or from a local parts store https://www.hondacivicforum.com/m_294301/tm.htm

I don't plan on tinting mine becuase I have a small crack in my passenger side tail. So I'm just going to replace them completely.

Hey, ya know, untill i get the money to buy new headlights, i could just pant the front and the back lights, and they would look good

Im not going as dark as that guy did, its prolly illegal lol

I think 1 coat would be enough dont you? for not too blcak but more of a smoked look?

I think 1-2 coats should probably do it. I'd probably get some clear coat too just to keep it from fading.

I'm not sure, you might want to PM addiction2bass and ask him what he used.
