Default Headlights

Got in the projectors for the Teg. Everything was going great, got the bumper off, started hooking everything up and splicing wires. Then I look at the second lights and I see the lamps are resting in the bottom on the housing and the LED ring can be shaken around. I was PISSED. Have to contact the ebay sellers I got them from, and exchange it.

I got some silicone flexible sealant for windows and doors and stuf, and put that around the housing. That night it rained, and the lights are now foggy and wet. I know this question is beat to death, but will the condensation come out on its own?
