yea i know that most people here would not like the tails, but i do and thats what i wanted with my car because the round design flows with the front half and the black matches the whole black/white design of the rest of the car.

On the back of each headlight are two wires, a positive and a negative, that only go to the halos. You can ground the black wire, and then run a wire to connect the red wires together, then run that wire to the fuse box in the car. Then put a switch in between that.
The easiest thing to do is just splice the halos into the parking light, so the halos will turn on when you turn the parking lights or headlights on.

but if you get projectors, i suggest getting ones with the angel eyes.
they are sexy.
