Hey OP, you trying to sell your OEM headlights if you buy those projectors? I am in need of an OEM set. As you can tell by my sig., the ones I have now are fogging up pretty badly.

BTW, I would use the headlights that Nike Head linked, but the tails he linked over will not fit since you have a 99-00, he linked a 96-98. But the red/white tails (the ones that reaper commented on) you showed us will look good.

if i got projectors, how would i rig the halos to a switch like fogs?

On the back of each headlight are two wires, a positive and a negative, that only go to the halos. You can ground the black wire, and then run a wire to connect the red wires together, then run that wire to the fuse box in the car. Then put a switch in between that.

The easiest thing to do is just splice the halos into the parking light, so the halos will turn on when you turn the parking lights or headlights on.

is $220 to much for a pair of 8000k HIDs high and low beams?

according to the sylvannia website the replacements for my bulbs are 9003. if i get the projectors would that change? cuz our sponsor doesnt offer bixenons for 9003.

With the projectors, you will most likely either have H1 bulbs (4 total, 2 for low, 2 for high); or a combination of H1 and H3 (2 H3 for low, 2 H1 for highs).
(those numbers are total, and include both headlights)
