Hi all, my boyfriend's birthday is coming up and I would like to buy him a car bra for his birthday. I'm not sure if that is the proper word for it even lol. If anyone can give me advice on what kind to get or a brand or what not I would greatly appreciate it! He has a 2008 Honda Civic Si. Thanks so much!

 

are you talking about the black bra or covering for the front bumper? look into honda here is a site for you http://www.handa-accessories.com/civext06.html .. its listed as nose mask. but are you sure that your boyfriend wants one for his car? he might not want to cover up his front bumper on his SI.

 

The nose mask I think, should I stick with a half one or the full? or maybe just an air deflector?? something thats going to keep away road debris and bugs and what not from scratching the hood

 

well if he'd want it id say full, but idk bout tha bra thing... i only know one guy who actually put a bra on hs car and thats because the paint was messed in that area..... lol idk your bf though maybe he tha feminin type :P

and its an SI nooone wants to cover anything on an SI

 

yea.... no. the paint on the hood got all scratched up from debris and the cars only a couple months old

 

well than yeah i would say the full nose mask

 

the full ones only covers up the whole front bumper, so it wouldn't prevent the hood from getting road debris

 

dam that really sucks that its already scratched because they do have a thin clear plastic product that covers the bumper hood and the headlights to prevent damage and you cant really tell its there.i know 3M makes a kit im sure you have to have it professionally installed .but as for the leather bra those things are really ugly and a pain to remove because you have to every time you wash it. personally i would rather get some touch up paint and do my best with that.then drive around with a bro.......ps i think victoria secret makes one for the civic.
