theres a pic of one of the fogs right under the pic of the car.

i do plan to get the grill painted.
probably do it myself.

yup those would definitely fit your civic. you are going to have to take a dremel and cut the bumper to install the foglight

and is it cool if i print out a picture of your civic to give to the guy who does it?
It looks like we have the same fogs...
soo yeah.

also..
is something supposed to go in that hole on the side of the fog light housing?

yea if you want you can. but i think you should bring it to someone that has installed 99-00 civic fogs before. because if they cut the hole too big thats it. also there should be wire mesh included that goes in that hole. if you want i can get you some close ups of the fog lights
