How do you define JDM parts? Made in MEXICO?

they all MADE IN MEXICO!
i paid for a front bump from local dealership. go home, open up and see MADE IN MEXICO....it that stil considered JDM?
i was pissed....last time i got a set of windshield wiper for 30 bucks...it MADE IN JAPAN! ...sighz...
tell me wat you know and think about the issue...

I think JDM means Japanease Domestic Market which means that it was made in Japan, so to be truly JDM it must be made in Japan.....that is what I think

damn it. i did not take the pic of the read label...
but here...
its looks and feels CRAPPY, just like 36 bucks aftermarket one (i found the aftermarket locally). ebay 38+60 shipping

pretty sure there's no difference between the USDM and JDM front bumpers anyway...

I'm not doubting that it's made in mexico

I'm wondering what you think should be the difference between a US bumper and a JDM bumper

also, if you think all JDM parts should by definition be made in japan, you are wrong!!

JDM...i thought they must be made in Japan....please give me an example. but i guess you are right.

It would seem to me that they dont have to be made in japan but they are made only for cars available to japan. So even though the part is made in mexico if the destination is japan for a car they are building then it is JDM. Because the only way for us to get that part is to buy it from Japan or someone that got it from Japan or something to that extent.

ummm if that makes sense good, if not....meh
