Needs a rear lip kit or something, and paint the grill mesh gloss black.
You can paint your calipers without painting the drums, or you can paint the drums black or silver if you don't want them to stand out so much. But with the green wheels already, I dunno if I'd even paint the calipers. They actually look good, not all rusted and crap.
