hey everyone

i was driving round today, as you do, on the open road doin bout 120 (km, i live in new zealand) and this stupid pukeko( its a bird bout the size of a chicken lol) walks rite out in front of me and b4 i cut do anything THUD!! and i looked back and there it was dead on the road...lol.

anyways, when i got home i checked the front of my car and the bloody bird cracked my front lip!!

Thats sucks.He may of got ya in the lip, atleast you got him overall.

Damn... that sucks, but at least it didnt do any major damage.

 

ouch..is it a fiberglass lip? ..if so you can get some fiberglass materals and patch it up yourself, its really easy once you get the hang of it, or buy a urithan lip and you can hit chickens all day without worry about it cracking

 

Damn that reminds me a few weeks ago i was going down the road and a whole flock of birds flewout in the middle of the road well i hit them pretty hard. Well I have a 98' civic so that whole lower grille in the bumper cover was full of bird bodies. well i was all dressed nicely for a day up in portland, so I went to the carwash (one of those ones that hand washes your vehicles before the machine) well as he was washing it he worked his way to the fron and he just got this disgusted look on his face. It was hilarious

 

^^^LMAO!!!! when i worked at a trucking yard, i cleaned so many bats off the grills. it was crazy

 

You really wanna see a dead chicken? It prolly had its inside explode and stuff.

 

today i was just driving down the highway doing bout 70 and all of a sudden there are two phesents(sp?) walking across the road. i dont know how i missed them. they took off flying and im pretty sure they grazed the side of my car
