yeah not really likin the rims either, but hey its your car. definitely drop it. either some struts and lowering springs or full coilovers if you wanna save the cash. i dont know how serious you are about modding it, but get a plan. if you just wanna do appearance stuff whatever, but get a plan for it so you dont end up blowing money on useless stuff. get a number, research what you need to get there and set a plan for it.

the cheapest most efficent mod, and it will give you 20hp is to get rid of those wheels.

I'm not sure he was trying to be a dick as much as you took him to be but honestly, those rims must way a ton! Steelies, probly way half that much, and that will make it alot lighter. and you get money to buy other mods.
But The basic performance mods that most people do is, drop, intake, header, exhaust.
So do some research on what you want and make a plan like said.
Well even for appearance you might want aftermarket exhaust (just not a fart can, please). Those little stock mufflers don't look too appealing to me.
Plus you probably want your car to sound good. If so you should do I/H/E.
i agree with the above (suspension, lip kit, grill, black housing headlights, different rims, HID)
