Yeah underglow is what I meant. Usually the only way it would be illegal in any place if at all would have something to do with it being flashing red or blue. Most places as long as the lights are hidden and especially if its a color other than blue or red then it shouldn't be illegal but check the laws where you live. What state do you live in?
