Default instaled my HIDs.. LOVE EM so far!

well i got these the other day but until last night didnt have time to instal them...

took me about 1/2hour to instal them. and most that time was taking a bunch of pictures and taping up the wires realy good.LOL

i still have to mount the passenger side ballast but the drivers side could only fit in one spot which is so tight i wont have to tie it to anything.LOL
but so far i love em!
can see so much beter! and they look so much beter as well!

thanks... forgot to say those are the 6K model bulbs also.... purest white with a hint of blue tint to it.

i may just buy some of those black OEM style headlight housings and remove the covers.. MAYBE that is!

i just gotta get my hood latch problem fixed before i can drive it and realy tell how good they are at night..... but so far they look great! and i should be able to see great now!
my stock lights where realy pathetic!

i got mine from
http://www.oznium.com/hid

i only paid $213.95
for mine cause i got a deal cause on one of the ballasts one of the mounting tabs was broke off... but still garented and working so i took the special price and ran the CC numbers. LOL
www.oznium.com is the best site i think for your lighting needs!!!!!!
great customer service! and if ya got a problem they will be very quick to fix it!

my first HID system i bought for my dads 96 jimmy had a problem with the ballast not working and they replaced that very quickly! which might have been another reason why i got alittle money off my HIDs cause i do buy quite a bit of toys fom thier site from time to time!

i should get another package in the mail any day now with a bunch of blue leds and led strips so i can start my LED interior swap

so with the HID's and the projectors would that just focus the beam and maybe make them go further or would it just narrow the beam and make it less output width wise???? i wanted to get both projectors and HID's but i wasnt sure about getting both because of this question.

realy nto sure... id like to see some comparision pictures of the two as well BUT i dont have projectors.... and everytime i try to ask these ebay guys they dont even know what type of bulbs they take!
and well ive already bought my HID bulbs so they would have to fit H4s
and since most are dual projectors i doubt they hold the H4s

and i got my hood problem fixed.. well kinda at least it closes now. guess ill go get a new hood cable tomrow if the price is cheap enough and maybe a new latch as well just to be safe.
hopefully its great tomorow morning which im sure it will be
