The connector is by the Water reservoir bottle, below it(windshield fluid) I just did my 00 Si and the connections are the same for your model.

Here I got this info Thanks to Addiction

This located below the water reservoir tank for the windshield fluid and below the power steering bottle

THAT SHOULD DO YA.... at least for OEM fog light instalation....
the other light harness is easy... just take the under-steering wheel cover off and unplug the headlight harness... plug in the OEM harness that goes between that conection... and run the relay over and use the longer bolt to secure the included relay....

ok now. next question could it be that my fog lights dont use the brown plug under the winshield washer fluid because i found it and i have nothing that plugs into that. i nonw only have one remaining plug which im assuming goes into the brown plug behind the fuse box inside.. everything under the hood is hooked up.. now what needs to come inside the car.. the switch the relay, the ground and the brown plug that goes into the plug behind the fuse box.. i havent found that plug yet bbut my remaining plug from the harness is the same plug as the plug on the wire under the washer fluid... HELP lol

what now..... please be clearer...

if your foglight wire harness will not plug into that harness in the engine bay then you dont have OEM foglights!!!!!!
the oem foglights has that one conection up in the engine bay, and the same style inside the car behind the fuse box, and one larger harness between the headlight switch harness. then it was just the switch conection and the relay conection...
those pictures above are the ones i used with my instal in my 99. i took 2 pictures of the under the dash harness conection.

tho you can custom wire up your own foglights and fit them any how you want its just alot messier!

Ok so I know this thread is slightly old, but I need some help and I have a couple of questions.

I have a 2000 Si and I'm installing JDM OEM fog lights. I read through this and I dont think I have a plug that goes between the headlightplug and the headlightplug slot. Im not sure if the switch harness for the JDM fogs is different from the USDM and whether or not the JDM switch harness has the plug that goes between the headlight plug and the headlight slot.

If someone could help me out, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
