The link to how to install sidemarkers on your non sidemarker fenders is gone. Anyone know of a link or can add to "just drilling a hole" an what not?

Hey that link was money for sure!! But I guess I typed in the wrong info, I am talking about the sidemarker turning signals just about mid-way between the door and tire trim around the fender. I would like to know how much to measure up and how to wire those bad boys. I have seen people who install them and the light remains on rather than "blinking" when you are making a turn..
