well i bought some DC2 integra leather seats f&r for my 96 coupe civicex and i was wondering what you guys were doing for the door panels with the cloth inserts. anybody know where to buy leather inserts or switch the door panels out to leather?

integra center console will fit in a civic also right?

Do what my friend did:

take the panel off (if possible, i never tried with my civic)
pick out fabric of choice
buy it and make a template or outline of the face of the panel
get some spray adhesive
spray the panel and fabric
stretch the fabric out over the panel and staple or stich the ends on the back of the panel
but remember to cut little slits in the outer edge of the fabric (over 3mm from the edge of the face of the panel)
and overlap the ends so that you don't get wrinkles or bubbles.

Someone may have a better way of doing it, but thats my backyard way of doing interior work. and a very basic way as well.

Yeah there are DIYs for this but I dont think there are any on HCF though. But he summed it up for you. Just take off the door panels which are basically pressure screws and possibly an actual philips screw right in the unlock mechanism. Just be careful to unlatch the door opeinging mechanism off the inside of the door panel before you just yank it off. After that, just get some ultra suede from JoAnn Fabrics or something... About 2-3 yards to be safe... and then a can of 3M adhesive tape spray that can bond fabric to plastic. Once you glue it on just let it sit for a whole day or two to really let it cure, I've got friends that ruined it because they couldn't wait.

I highly doubt it. And by center console are you talking about the dash or the part where the e-brake and shifter are? The dash can be cut and modified to fit in a 5th gen, but not a 6th gen.
