Default LEDs under the dash

http://www.oznium.com/led-flex-strips

These are what I want to order for under the dash, I'm going for just a small effect, about what's in this picture (the blue side anyway):

About how long of strips would I need to buy? I'm thinking 1- 4" strip on each side would be enough, but I'd hate to order it and then have the lighting be too dim.

yeah i've got 12" blue ones from Oznium and they work fine. 9.5"s would do it to, but either way one set should be fine, (it comes with two tubes). Super cheap, easy to wire, just a 12v source/ground, then hook the wires from the cathodes up the transistor.

I don't think anything over 4.7" is necessary. I have one 4.7" on each side of my dash, and a 2.4" under each seat pointing forward (to compensate for the light cut off from the contours under the dash), and it lights my floor up bright.

I'm using Oznium Flexstrips, btw.

You wouldnt need a lot just for that side, 4.7 should be fine.

I would defintely copy trustdestructions setup lol. It's pretty smart. I mean, it just makes sense economically. Under dash and under seat FTW.
