hey guys. im having trouble deciding what lip kit i want. i can get a type r front and rear lip for around 120 bucks american including shipping or a mugen front and rear lip kit for the same price.

also, one other question. in that first pic for the mugen kit, those headlights look stock but without the orange on it. how do you think they did that? cuz i think that looks sweet in my opinion. thanks.

 

try http://www.hmotorsports.com/for lip kits... ABS plastic front lips are around $80 shipped and the polys are around $110 shipped... and personally, I say Mugen.

(and I have no clue about the headlights... aftermarket maybe? Maybe someone else will know... )

 

This has to be about the 100th post about what lip kit to get. Both will look good.

 

i think the type r flows better with the body but thats just IMO , i like them both but i went with a type r when i bought mine but hey both look good. and about the headlights im sure there has to be a way to get them open and get the amber colorout of them , if not maybe some aftermarket ones.

 

i honestly like the mugen one better. why because im very bias when it come to lip kits on car. [8D]

Type-R, Spoon looks sick too, Mugen can obviously look good (Mill$), but i think Spoon looks great.

and +1 for Hmotorsports.com, they were awesome when i got my lip from them.

 

type R baby!!!!! theres just something about the mugen lip that doesnt flow with the car i have the type r lip and i nearly nutted when i saw it painted and on my car. but do what u like you'll be driving around not us

 

hmm... maybe im not lookin hard enough... but i dont see any lips or ... anything for 2001 - 03 civic?
