Default Made a Grill For the Civic!!!!!{PICS}

I made a wire mesh grill for my 94 EX the other day. It was a pretty easy mod, and does a lot for the look of the car. I had a bunch of square wire mesh from when I did a cold air mod on my 02 Z06. Here's how i did it.

1. Removed Front Bumper (5 screws on top, 2 on each side, 2 10mm bolts underneath)
2. Cut out exsisting grill with Dremel Tool with small cuting wheel.
3. Sanded rough area around grill, cleaning area that the grill will glue to.
4. Measured and cut screen material.
5. Formed it around bumper whole, cutting off excess.
6. Use Plumbing grade adhesive/sealant to affix screen to bumper.
7. Duct Tape over glued area to insure it sticks
8. Re-attch bumper
9. Step back and look at the sweetness!

It took about 1.5 hours. All you need is some screen material, dremel, tin snips/wire cutter, sandpaper, all purpose glue, and some basic hand tools. Here's how it came out.

I'll probably end up doing the little wholes on the outside, depending if i go with fog lights or not. [sm=icon_cheers.gif]
