major dented hood plus some small dents

ok so my hood has some big dents in it not deep but long and my car has a few small dents whats the best (most price effectve) way to remove them?

Paintless dent removal (PDR) as long as the paint is not rusted, creased or cracked you can get the dents fixed without having to repaint the panels. Check around, there should be a PDR shop nearby. Good luck...
