Matrix Racing Seats

Does anybody know first hand if Matrix Racing Seats are good quality seats? The link to the one I may buy is: http://www.shophyperformance.com/store/001307.html
If anybody has these same seats could you tell me if they are worth the money.

i dont have any but i see alot of people that do...go for it, i never hear anything bad about them

Thanks? I was just unsure because they seemed really cheap and I didn't know if that was just because they use cheap materials or what it was.
