drill with a small bit + some zip ties will fix everything, be tough, and nobody will ever know it

well i took it for a spin on my lunch break and i don't think that it's going to fall off. I am going to take it on monday or tuesday to the body shop and what they can do to fix it. I guess there goes my whole refund this year

Dude... you don't need to take it to the body shop, or spend any money.... take 10 minutes of your time taking the bumper all the way off the car (seriously, it's like 6 connectors, you can do it yourself). If all that's broken is that one hole in the picture above, you really only need some washers and a little glue to put it back together. It doesn't look like you broke the whole bumper.

you broke the hole for the screw to go through. the screw might still be in there. you're going to have to get some washers or something to hold the screw in place when you put it back together. otherwise it's just going to pull back through that hole now.
Its as easy as that, just a washer will fix it..
