Default Mud guards

Regarding these hideous mud flaps/guards, is there anything I can do to protect my paint besides these things? They are coming off Thursday along with a 1" drop, rims and tires. They have protected my paint and have kept my ride looking good, but they will drive me NUTS if I don't take them off!
Has anyone heard of the invisi-bra?

invisi-bra is good, also called clear shield..they use it for the front of your hood and behind your front and rear wheels on the sides and is virtually invisible and protects against rock chips, alot of new cars are coming with it from the factory, many shops are doing it now..i no for the hood alone it costs about $200, well thats at one shop near me, just call around for prices..

It's an 03 Civic EX. Sorry, guys. And they are full of crap...tar, gravel, road debris and caked-on silt. But seriously, if you want them...let me know
