They always look better lowered. Do it the right way though, i.e. coilovers or shocks and springs, DO NOT cut the springs.

lol yeah heat is a horrible idea

and yes, lowered Civics look super hot, not to mention they handle alot better too (even with springs)

Leave the wheels youve got. I dont even think you need to lower it. Just add a nice sound system, DVD in dash unit, and tint the windows.
