ahhhhhh, this post is making me cry. i had mine all wired up, and my ac vents and underdash glow, and somethings screwy with the wireing, everytime i put fuses in they blow, somethings not right, i just havent got the time to go through it all and fix it, hopefully this will inspire me to asap.

leds dont use much power at all. ive had 12 foot of leds wired up to a tiny 5 or 10amp fuse and it never blew. i also had about 6 dual 12inch cold cathodes also on the fuse.
if they are not prewired leds then the metal tabs might be touching each other making a direct short.... easiest thing to do would be get one set of leds and cut the power or ground wire off that end and if the other lights work... ur shorts in that section... if it still blows the fuse then its in the leds that are still wired up... alittle cuting and testing and youll be able to find the problem spot easy enough.
