because those values are calculated based on the stock wheel/tire size. if you change the overall diameter of the tire, then the numbers will be wrong. it will say he's going 63mph when he's going 60.

Looks great man, I have been seeing so many sets of SI wheel for sale for so cheap, Im always thinking about picking up a set. Nice land to, we got a couple acres also.

 

Yep... I had those rims right off an 00 si and they had the smaller tire size and kinda threw it off a little.... then I put on the stock size 195/60/15 (i think those are it) and they raised the car by an inch or two... well, back to normal.
